Hi! My name is Angelina Ault. After graduating from high school, I was determined to go to college. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to study, but I knew I had a heart for people and a determination to find a career based on something that really intrigued me - finance, more specifically: passive income, rental properties, and more.
As time went on, I began looking into the real estate business. I have family in the industry, so I have learned about it and been around it for the majority of my life. I decided, "What better way to expand my knowledge in finance, rental properties, etc., than to be in the real estate business myself?" That was when I made the decision to become a real estate agent. I saw it as a great opportunity to be mentored by someone close to me. Not only could I learn about the market myself, but I could also help others with one of the most important and meaningful decisions of their lives.I mentioned that buying a home is one of the most impactful and significant decisions of your life. So many amazing opportunities lie within the real estate market. Some people are looking for a family home, perhaps to expand. Some individuals are first-time homebuyers, ready for new beginnings. Another couple is looking to downsize after their children have left home. Some are purchasing rental properties to grow their assets. Whatever your situation is, whether buying or selling a home, you need to ensure that you have an agent you can rely on and trust. I want to be there for you as you make those important decisions. It's not just a business deal;it's a partnership that can impact lives. I am currently serving in the Licking County area and select other areas depending on distance and client needs.
